As an established executive leader, Rakesh has an exhaustive experience in financial operations, cost management and value creation.
Rakesh has over four decades of experience in the banking, finance and wealth management industry. He is the architect of the company's core proposition document – Financial Strategy, which encompasses his comprehensive understanding of investor relations and rich experience in sales operations. He has been instrumental in scaling the company's growth to Rs. 18,000 crore business from Rs. 4,500 crore in the last seven years.
Feroze Azeez, being the youngest Deputy CEO in the wealth management industry, joined Anand Rathi Private Wealth Management in the year 2012. His phenomenal journey started by leading the Product Team. With his ascension to Deputy CEO in 2016, he mentors and guides over 600 employees across all nine locations. Feroze is a powerhouse of information and data on the financial markets, has a mind of a sharp businessman and a heart of gold.
Being data-driven, Feroze has unveiled the mask of marketing and sales in the wealth management industry and brought in analytical effectiveness. In 2019, she took charge of the Bengaluru team as a Unit Head. Currently, Aarti works alongside 52 team members in building the Anand Rathi Wealth brand in the Bengaluru's HNI segment. Aarti drives the team towards delivering its business goals, provides tactical inputs on the team's strategic growth and focuses on business development.
Along with leading the team, Aarti manages over Rs. 300 crores worth of assets for 50 clients, of which, she is the sole advisor for 48 families. Her domestic base includes clients from Bengaluru, Chennai and internationally, she has clients from the U.S., Kenya and Singapore.

Adil Chacko, as Director and Unit Head of Delhi, joined us in 2017. Being a start-up team, Farooq uses his industry experience to guide the team and manage his own set of clients. Chethan Shenoy, as the Director of Product Advisory, is the force behind the development of innovative financial products at Anand Rathi Wealth Services Limited. He has been instrumental in bringing synergy between different product verticals to stitch the product vision of the organisation seamlessly.
Chethan's journey in the organisation began in 2013, when he joined as the Head of Mutual Fund Advisory, revolutionising the Equity and Debt mutual funds selection process and establishing it as a 65% asset allocation in the organisation's financial strategy. When he took over as Head of Product Advisory in 2016, Chethan began overseeing the development and management of the organisation's Financial Strategy which comprises a strong 80 member team in the Mutual Funds, Structured Products, and Financial Strategy and Estate Planning department.
As Head of Product Advisory, he strategises the roadmap of all products to align it as per the company's strategy. The Mutual Fund assets have grown to over Rs. 10,000 crores. Under his guidance, the Structure Product assets have grown from Rs. 487 crore, when he took charge in 2016 to Rs. 1,897 crore now, registering a CAGR of 59%. Chethan's focus on Estate Planning has witnessed the organisation drafting over 2,500 WILLs and registration of more than 300 Private Trusts.
Along with Product Advisory, Chethan also doubles as a Private Banker, managing his own set of clients. Currently, he manages over Rs. 180 crore assets over 15 clients. Being a Certified Financial Planner and an MBA, Chethan found his passion in private wealth managementt.
With 18 years in the BFSI industry, Chethan is a renowned personal financial expert and featured in many business news channels such as BTVI and Zee Business. He was recently awarded the ‘Product Head of the Year' by the World BFSI Congress 2020 for his contribution to the company's growth.
Chintak Shah, as the head of the taxation, manages the entire gamut of applicable taxes for all the Anand Rathi Wealth clients. Having joined the organisation in early 2015, Chintak is known for identifying tax efficiency in investments and providing tax planning options to our clients across various products and asset classes as well as their business. Chintak also advises our clients on international taxation.
By qualification, Chintak is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Financial Analyst
Chirag Muni, as Head of Strategic Alliances, commenced the B2B segment for the organisation when he joined in 2013. This division, under the leadership of Chirag, established an alternate channel for the distribution of Structured Products. He works closely with the Structured Product team to liaison communicate the organisation's strategy with collaborating partners.
In 2017, Chirag was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of the Religare Private Wealth, which increased the organisation's asset under management by Rs. 3,500 crores and incorporating 31 Private Bankers.
Apart from this, Chirag trains and creates content that enhances the knowledge to enrich the process of advisory and invoke respect from clients. Chirag has done his MBA in Finance and Marketing from IIPM, Mumbai. Currently, along with managing his own set of clients, Chirag leads a team of 15 bright minds on their journey to become successful Private Bankers.
Hrishikesh Palve, as the Head of the Financial Strategy overseas the blueprint strategy document which forms the core of the organisation's proposition. He is actively involved in strategising the management of client portfolios, putting it under the lenses of financial methodologies, techniques and risk management tools so that Anand Rathi Wealth's clients can make essential strategic decisions with a long-term futuristic horizon.
With 12 years in the wealth management industry, Hrishikesh understands the dynamics of the financial markets and the impact of its trends on the personal wealth of clients. Hrishikesh is an MBA in Marketing at the prestigious SIMSREE institute and guides a team of 10 members in his side.
Hrishikesh manages his own set of clients to extract the experience of dynamic requirements and effectively use to set a progressive financial strategy for the organisation.
Kedar Joshi, as the Head of Insurance Audit, oversees the crucial aspect of life insurances of all Anand Rathi Wealth clients by analysing the impact of the policies and recommending an efficient restructuring plan that aligns with the organisation's strategy. Being in the insurance industry for over 18 years, Kedar is data-driven and decodes the complexities of the insurance policies dexterously. Since he joined the organisation in 2015, Kedar has analysed over 12,000 insurance policies and constructively directed clients to the right approach to wealth management and life insurance covers.
Kedar by profession is qualified in Insurance Broking, Licentiate and is now pursuing a certification in Associate Licensing. Currently, he leads a team of two members in the Insurance Audit team.
Minisha Rupani is a significant member of the Estate Planning team, overseeing the North region by operating out of Delhi. Minisha has been effectively enabling clients to form a decisive plan of action to distribute their assets through the creation of Private Family Trusts and registration of WILLs. She manages clients based out of Delhi, Gurugram, Kolkata, Noida and Rajasthan.
Minisha is a Chartered Accountant, and a Law graduate by qualification has seamlessly fit into the organisation's structure to provide crucial financial welfare of HNI clients. She joined the organisation in 2016.
Rajeev Takhtani, head of Trading Strategy, has more than a decade of experience in the financial markets. As a part of his role, Rajeev manages the derivatives portfolio for the Structured Products book and exchange-traded options for over Rs 6,000 crores investments.
Rajeev plays a fundamental role in managing the complex derivatives portfolio spanning across different product life and market cycles. Through innovative risk mitigation strategies, Rajeev efficiently manages the various exposures of the Structured Products book.
Currently, the hedging team has 10 sharp minds working under his leadership. In his short tenure, Rajeev has provided his strategic guidance through significant transactions and process improvement exercises.
Rajeev has done his B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT-Kanpur, and then his interest in the financial markets led him to the University of Cambridge where he became an MBA in Finance. He joined the organisation in 2018 and has been streamlining the options trading desk and hedging team.
Rajeev gets full exposure to the wealth management business by managing his own set of clients.
Sanober Marolia is a core member of the Estate Planning team, managing clients pan-India, and operating out of the Mumbai office. Sanober has been with the organisation since 2013 and has been instrumental in providing end-to-end service for the creation of Private Family Trusts and, from drafting to the registration of WILLs to all clients. Her in-depth knowledge about the succession laws, comprehensive understanding of family dynamics and obstacles for HNI clients, has made an indispensable asset to the organisation.
Sanober is a law graduate and has over 13 years of work experience in the industry.
Saumil Pabari, as the Head of Structured Products business, is responsible for 40% of Anand Rathi Wealth's strategy. He overseas Rs. 6,000 crore interments in Structured Products. Being the understudy of Feroze Azeez for the Structured Product Business right from the start of his career, Saumil's deep understanding of the derivatives market and Structured Products for over 10 years, has enabled him to effectively market the Nifty-linked instruments, creating a mechanism to mitigate risks in a client's portfolio. Saumil's team, which consists of eight bright minds, have manufactured and marketed over Rs. 10,000 crore Structured Products on various platforms to HNIs under his leadership.
Saumil's primary objective is to use the best in class risk management tools which were till now predominantly restricted to very Large Treasuries and Family Offices to all the Anand Rathi Wealth clients.
Recently, Saumil has taken charge of the Asset Under Management (AUM) Penetration, which focuses on restructuring the Assets under Advisory (AUA) of over Rs. 70,000 crores to Assets under Management (AUM). He guides a team of seven members and has been instrumental in contributing to the overall growth of the wealth business.
Saumil also keeps in tandem with the changing trends of the market and client requirements by managing his own set of clients.
He joined the organisation in 2013 after doing his MBA in Investment Banking and Wealth Management from SP Jain Global School of Business. He has also done his Undergrad from Fox School of Business, Philadelphia, the USA where he majored in Finance and Economics.
Shweta Rajani, as Head of Mutual funds, manages Rs. 12,000 crore of the company's Rs. 18,000 crore assets under management. She has been instrumental in creating a robust advisory process for evaluation and monitoring of mutual funds and is responsible for the advisory 60% of allocation in a client's portfolio, which is in Equity and Debt Mutual Funds. Shweta is guiding a team of over 7 sharp analysts who are responsible for the overall product research and marketing of Mutual Funds. Under Shweta's leadership, the team has been instrumental in creating mathematical models for portfolio construction after evaluating funds, which is one of its kind in the industry.
Apart from Mutual Funds, she plays an integral role in analysing macro-economic indicators and Fixed Income and Equity Markets events and trends that help develop views on asset classes which are essential in creating an investment strategy for any client profile.
With over 11 years of experience in the field of Financial Management and specifically product research and development, Shweta Rajani, joined the organisation in 2013 as a Senior Analyst. She is a qualified CFA (USA)and holds a Master's degree in Finance.
To be in tune with the changing requirements and dynamic trends of the financial market, Shweta also manages her own set of clients to use that experience in bringing out an effective and robust advisory process for all the Anand Rathi clients at large.
Head - Human Resource
Vinod Rao, as the Head of Human Resource oversees that all human resource policies are aligned to the overall business goals. He joined the organisation in 2016 and has been successfully implementing the processes of people as well as driving strategic training modules to increase the competence development of all Anand Rathi Wealth employees.
With 15 years of work experience across different industries and specialising in MBA Finance and Marketing from SDM-IMD institute, Vinod brings on the table a unique approach of hiring Management Trainees from premier IIM business schools to chalk their journey of becoming Private Bankers. He is actively involved in all efficient people management processes, robust recruitment & retention plans and driving the company's value and culture. He also guides 6 members on different aspects of Human Resources and acquisitions.
